Electricians will be working this Saturday (9/15) on the Children's Room renovation. They will be working on the loading dock, in the basement and in the new remodel area working on hooking up the low voltage power to lights. Noise impact will be minimal as there won't be any power tool noise.

The City will be shutting off the Central Library water at 6:30 a.m. for construction purposes. Restrooms will be unavailable. While the Thomco crew is hoping it will be back up at 9 a.m., staff (especially Tech Services staff and others in the building early) should be prepared to have it be closer to 10 a.m.

Appropriate signage for the public will be created if restrooms are not available at opening.
